Gaskins, a beloved Germantown eatery, has undergone a significant transformation, blending classic charm with contemporary design. This historic building, once a bustling general store, has been revitalized to offer a unique and inviting dining experience.

Modern Interior: The interior boasts a light and airy atmosphere, featuring white walls, black booths, and marble tabletops.
Elegant Bar: A stylish bar, separated from the dining room, offers a cozy space for cocktails.
Versatile Seating: A large communal table and spacious outdoor deck provide ample seating options for various occasions.
Foundation Strengthening: New footings were installed in the basement to provide a solid foundation.
Energy Efficiency: The building was insulated with 6-inch foam and equipped with triple-pane windows to reduce energy consumption.
